1. Information We Do Not Collect

MintFlow is designed with a "privacy-first" approach.

• No Accounts: We do not require users to create an account or log in.
• No PII: We do not collect or store personal identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

2. Local Storage (Your Data Stays With You)

The financial data you input into our calculators (e.g., property price, rent, expenses) is processed entirely on the client-side (in your web browser).

• No Server Transmission: This data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• LocalStorage: We may use your browser's "Local Storage" feature to save your inputs temporarily so you don't lose your work if you refresh the page. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser cache.

3. Advertising & Cookies (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements when you visit our website. Google is a third-party vendor that uses cookies to serve ads on MintFlow.

• DoubleClick DART Cookie: Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet.
• Your Privacy Choices: Users may opt-out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy at the following URL – https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on MintFlow, which are sent directly to users' browsers. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note: MintFlow has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

4. Analytics

We use lightweight, privacy-focused analytics tools (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand site traffic trends and improve our services. These tools operate without tracking individual users across different websites and do not use "fingerprinting" techniques.

5. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

• Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
• Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
• Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.

6. GDPR Data Protection Rights

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Since we do not store user accounts or personal data on our servers, we do not hold data to be accessed, rectified, or erased. However, users are always free to clear their own local browser data.
